As our new Product Designer, you will work within our Product Design & Research team under the guidance of Honza Valder on innovations and development of our products. Join us and you can help us move the experience of watching sports even further.
Identify requirements in the broader product team, structure the required design work, independently synthesize and plan necessary tasks.
Participate in research and analysis of user behavior involving our multi-national User Research team and propose solution directions.
Prepare designs for our websites and mobile applications from the first draft to the final UI, efficiently using our extensive, multi-brand design system and DesignOps team support.
Test designs with users (moderated, unmoderated), help prepare handover assets and support developers during implementation.
Present and document your work.
Monitor solution performance, propose A/B tests, and seek continuous improvements and innovations.
Participate in and organize design workshops.
Minimum 5 years in UX/UI/Product design or an exceptional talent.
Fluency in app (native iOS and Android), desktop and responsive design.
Proficient in Figma and familiar with Confluence, Miro, Google Analytics, and Hotjar/Clarity.
Experience with interaction design and creation of high-fidelity, functional prototypes.
Common knowledge of various User Research methods, ability to identify and outsource research.
Ability to independently conduct usability testing and evaluate interview results.
Experience with extensive projects ideally on a global scale.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present your designs successfully.
English is not a blocker for you - at least B2 level.
Have passion for sports, especially football…

Have experience with Low code/No code platforms – Framer, Webflow etc.
Have knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS.
Have the ability to document work with an emphasis on structure.
