Each project is managed by our international contractors, who are responsible for user support, administration of local social networks, and other digital marketing activities.
We are currently looking for a new team member to help us coordinate our global network while also participating in the implementation of new strategies, tools, and processes that will help us operate more efficiently.
Participate in the coordination and support of our international contractors and communicate with people from all around the world daily.
Provide support to Czech users and collect their feedback for product improvements.
Participate in initiatives to improve operations by introducing new tools, technologies, or processes.
Drive user base growth, forge partnerships and cooperations to extend our reach and increase brand awareness.
Ability to communicate clearly and with empathy across different cultural contexts.
Leadership and motivation skills for a diverse team, emphasizing collaboration.
Experience in selecting and setting up new digital tools, including systems for user support and customer relationship management (CRM).
Fluency in Czech and English.
A solid understanding of digital marketing strategies for user acquisition.
Excellent organizational skills and experience in managing complex projects.
A broad knowledge of sports, especially football.
Have experience in managing teams that are spread out geographically or a group of international networks.
Can help with the hiring process of new contractors.
Have worked in a technology company before.
