We're now seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team in either our Malta office (St. Julian's - Balluta Bay) or our Prague HQ for the role of Global Key Account Manager. You will be the primary point of contact dedicated to one of our most strategic global partners—a major force in the iGaming world with a significant brand presence in numerous international markets. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring this key relationship thrives.
This role is a unique blend of strategy and hands-on execution. You’ll be the strategic partner driving analytical management and growth for one of our largest global clients. It’s not about trade-show networking—your focus is data, optimization, and performance.:
You’ll be the trusted, primary point of contact, developing a deep understanding of our partner's business, goals, challenges, and market trends.
You will develop and execute the strategic account plan, proactively offering solutions and conducting regular business reviews to ensure we’re hitting our goals.
You will identify new growth opportunities and take the lead on negotiating contracts, renewals, and pricing agreements.
You'll back that strategy with hands-on, analytical work:
You will build and maintain complex spreadsheets and create compelling media proposals.
You will oversee and allocate large advertising budgets across multiple brands, apps, and countries, optimizing campaigns based on both fixed pricing and affiliate models to exceed KPIs.
You will be the go-to person for our partner's multi-person team, responding quickly to their requests and data inquiries.
You will coordinate internally with our sales, legal, tech, and product teams to ensure every campaign runs smoothly.
A proven track record in B2B sales or account management within the online advertising industry (sell-side preferred).
Deep understanding of the sports-betting industry.
Strong analytical skills. You must be comfortable living in spreadsheets, performance data, and proposals to drive your decisions.
Excellent commercial and strategic thinking, with a demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive, long-term client relationships.
A driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
Fluency in English. Native or professional fluency in a Cyrillic language (ideally Ukrainian) is a significant advantage, particularly due to the nature of our global partner.
Hands-on experience preparing media proposals, reviewing legal contracts, and using CRM/BI tools.
